Filling

  • 1 2/3  cup  frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup Frozen potatoes shredded or cubed
  • 1 1/2  cup cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Biscuit top

  • 1 cup Dry biscuit baking mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl, combined veggies, chicken soup, and salt/pepper
  • Lightly spray a 9 inch pie pan. Pour mixture into pan.
  • Combine biscuit mix, milk, and egg pour this over the filling
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes

  • You can substitute premade tube of biscuits instead of making the biscuit topping.
  • You can shred cooked rotisserie chicken from the store. Just make sure to avoid bones in your filling
