Ingredients
Filling
- 1 2/3 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup Frozen potatoes shredded or cubed
- 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken shredded or cubed
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Biscuit top
- 1 cup Dry biscuit baking mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. In a bowl, combined veggies, chicken soup, and salt/pepper
- Lightly spray a 9 inch pie pan. Pour mixture into pan.
- Combine biscuit mix, milk, and egg pour this over the filling
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes
