  • 1 box cake mix about 15.25 oz cake mix (any flavor you like)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 pkg instant pudding mix about 3.4 oz instant pudding mix (choose a flavor that complements your cake mix)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent the cookies from sticking.
  • Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the cake mix, oil, eggs, and pudding mix. Stir everything together until well combined. The dough will be thick.
  • Form the cookies. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form dough balls. You can roll them in your hands for a smoother appearance. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie for expansion. If you are adding sprinkles or chocolate topping, you can smoosh these on now.
  • Bake the cookies. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 9 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are cooked. The center should still be slightly soft.
  • Cool the cookies. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This will allow them to set properly.
